Hello friends,

If you are feeling tired, anxious, or internally tense; if it is hard for you to wake up in the mornings; if it feels as though you have lost connection with yourself, your body, and your inner state, perhaps it is time to begin changing that.

My name is Dina Waizman. With a diploma as an instructor of breathing and meditation practices, a certificate as a cacao ceremony facilitator, and drawing on a 14-year spiritual path, I created the project Between Inhale & Exhale.

This is a space where, through different formats, I help people return to themselves, reconnect with their bodies, improve their inner state, and find inner support.

Within Between Inhale & Exhale, I offer:

Individual sessions
One-on-one work with requests related to health, emotional well-being, inner tension, fatigue, and anxiety through breathwork, meditation, and deep inner work.

Cacao ceremonies
Warm, heartfelt, heart-opening gatherings with ceremonial cacao.

Retreats and workshops
A space for deep immersion, inner experience, recovery, and a more vivid connection with yourself.

Online meditation club
A space for regular meditative practice.

At the moment, I am inviting 5 people for individual sessions in exchange for a donation and a review, available in either online or offline format.

You can come with requests such as anxiety, fatigue, inner tension, loss of energy, sleep and waking difficulties, a desire to gently support yourself through chronic conditions, or simply a wish to feel better, steadier, and more alive overall.
